Why is my fog machine not heating up?
If the fog machine does not heat up, a fuse or another heating element could be malfunctioning.

Why is there no fog coming out of my fog machine?
Check the seals on the pump for any cracks or damage if the fog machine pumps but there is no fog coming out. A compromised seal could cause air to leak into the system. Check to see if the heater block is clogging if the fog machine pumps but has a low smoke output. Flush out the heater block with distilled water.

Fill up the tank every half hour when the machine is running. Operating the fog machine without fluid can cause the pump-motor to burn out. The fluid also acts as a lubricant to the system. Make sure that the fluid tube leading into the machine is not kinked or bent.
How to test a fogger pump?
Put the spring back into the large nipple. Make sure the rubber stopper on the spring lines up with the end of the white plastic and tighten the large nipple back on. Reattach the tube from fog juice tank back on to pump assembly. Yeah the fogger was still plugged in and up to temperature, so the pump was tested with fog juice.
Should the fogger be unplugged to cool off?
At this point the fogger should be unplugged and allowed to cool as the copper tubing is quite warm to the touch. Picture 2 shows the copper tubing reinserted and the nut hand tightened. Picture 3 & 4 shows the fogger plugged back in, heated up, and pumping out clouds of fog.
