I just started at Vector last week and the experience has been amazing so far. Our training, while time-consuming, was so much fun and ultimately worth it. The company pays really well, and works with you around your schedule. My manager has been a great help when closing deals and someone is always available to help.

Overall decent experience. You get paid for putting in the hours, but you need to know people to sell to. If you run out of friends/family to sell to it can be very hard to find new clients as you basically have to cold call. The pay is good though if you have enough people to sell to.

It is mostly based on sales, but it is a “no pressure” sales company because you get paid just to show the product, but part of it is commission.
