How hard is it to get to Angel Falls?
It isn’t possible to reach Angel Falls via automobile or bus. You have to take a plane from Puerto Ordaz or Ciudad Bolívar to the town of Canaima. From Canaima, it’s a one-day boat ride to the Falls. You’ll sit in a small plane and have the best views over the Amazonian jungle.
Can you still visit Angel Falls?
There are still only two ways to visit – either by flying overhead in a light aircraft for astonishing panoramic views, or on an adventurous boat journey along a river flanked by table mountains.

NO: Up. The rest of Up’s story is a fun adventure, but not one that demands a continuation. Carl’s story has been told and while I’m sure a sequel could find him and Russell going out exploring again, it wouldn’t have the same level of emotional catharsis as this journey did.
